Aussie Traveller make a broad range of caravan windows and doors, including wind-out windows, EuroVision double-glazed windows, slimline sliding windows and entrance doors.
The right product or spare part depends on the style, frame colour, size, wall thickness and series. Before ordering, identify the window or door type first, then measure the existing cut-out or outer frame carefully.
The main Aussie Traveller styles covered in this guide are:
If you are trying to identify a non-Aussie-Traveller window, our Seitz window identification guide and caravan window blinds guide may also help.
Aussie Traveller wind-out windows are similar to the well-known Camec Odyssey window, previously sold under Jupiter or Australite names. They are available in matching sizes, which can make them a useful replacement option where the cut-out size suits.
The Aussie Traveller wind-out window range uses tinted acrylic glazing with a curved profile and a powder-coated aluminium frame. White and black frame options are available to suit the van exterior.
These awning-style windows open with a winder mechanism and can be set to the preferred opening angle. Finger locks secure the window closed, and control boxes are fitted to suit the selected handle arrangement.
EuroVision windows are comparable to Dometic/Seitz S7-style windows in appearance and installation. They are supplied as a complete kit with the outer window, inner frame, blockout blind and insect screen.
There are two common versions:
The internal frame incorporates the blockout blind and insect screen. The blind can be lowered to the required level, and the insect screen attaches to the blind and retracts back into the frame.
EuroVision windows are clamped by the inner frame rather than screwed through the outer wall. The standard inner frame suits wall thickness around 24mm to 33mm, with additional frame sizes available for thicker walls.

Aussie Traveller slimline sliding windows suit caravans, horse floats, campervan conversions and custom RV builds. They are bonded to the exterior wall and do not require screws or a clamp ring, so they can suit a range of wall thicknesses.
These windows can be installed as either left-hand or right-hand sliders. They use a tinted flat acrylic panel and powder-coated alloy frame, with a low exterior projection.
Aussie Traveller caravan entrance doors are available with square or rounded top corners. Motorhome doors are normally rounded-corner style.
The current caravan entrance doors are known as DC doors and are easy to identify by the teardrop-shaped window. Earlier Aussie Traveller entrance doors used a square window. This matters when ordering spare parts because many parts do not interchange between the two styles.
Aussie Traveller DC caravan doors are available in black or white, in a range of sizes and hinge sides. They use a 3-point compression lock system, dustproof seal and labyrinth vent. The screen door uses stainless steel security mesh with an added midge-proof fibreglass mesh layer.

Aussie Traveller window and door parts are usually series-specific. Before ordering a blade, blind, stay, lock, hinge, handle or seal, identify the model and compare the part shape against the existing part.
