the product was not in stock at the time of my inquiry. They notified us as soon as it was in stock and delivered promptly. Great that they have product hard to get elsewhere.
Great company to find the special part that other companies don\'t carry. Delivery is always within a few days.
I placed an order for two small parts and received the order as expected. There was a problem as one of the parts was the wrong one from what I ordered. After an email explaining what I’d ordered was different to what I’d received, they sent the missing part to me by express post at no cost. The bonus was I got to keep the wrong part (not that I need it), but at least I didn’t have to go through the bother of returning it. Well done Cravansplus .
