Parts took a while due to supplier issues - however, Caravan Plus kept me updated during the whole process and I successfully received my parts in good order. Although my order was small and inexpensive, I felt like they handled it with as much importance as a large scale order. Nice to see this level of service still exists. Well done Caravan Plus.

I needed a replacement arm for an awning but from the diagrams it wasn’t clear which. Caravans Plus staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and confirmed from photos of the broken part exactly what I needed.
