I lost the sliding cover on our toilet cassette. Purchased what I thought was correct replacement from Caravan Plus. Delivery was fast and efficient but unfortunately the replacement I had ordered did not suit our cassette. I emailed Caravan Plus with cassette details and they very quickly responded with part no I required. Ordered again delivery fast and efficient and part fits and works perfectly.
