We are committed to sending orders as quickly as possible. Our stock levels are live and shown against each product. We carry more stock than any Australian competitor.
Over 90% of orders are sent within 2 business hours. All order are sent with full tracking and insurance.

Delays 2020

Many of our suppliers are located in Melbourne and are being affected by the restrictions. If you have ordered a product that was out of stock then the delay may be longer than normal. We are doing our best to get stock in from other locations. Having an order in our system puts you at the front of the queue as stock becomes available.

The Corona Virus is causing delays on non-stocked items. Any product that is imported or has components that are imported could be effected.

The good news is CaravansPlus has the best chance of being able to get the effected products. We already have large orders with all the importers.

We have the last stock in the country of many items and we are at the front of the queue to receive the new stock when it arrives.

If you think you can get an out of stock product elsewhere, we advise you call them to make sure they physically have it, otherwise your best chance should be with CaravansPlus.

At this stage some delays are unknown but if you order with CaravansPlus we will keep you updated and you can cancel for a full refund at anytime.

Postage Price

Combine and Save on postage.

You can see the postage price by adding products to your cart and entering your postcode.
The minimum postage price is $9.30 and includes orders up to 1/2 a Kilogram posted anywhere in Australia.
For larger orders the postage price is calculated from the total shipping weight of the all the parts plus a flagfall cost. Prices vary based on the delivery postcode.
It is cheaper to order multiple items at the same time than to place separate orders.
The postage price is shown on the website before you place your order.

Postage Options

Australia Post & Express

Most orders are sent with Australia Post. You can send to any Australian address or PO Box.
If Express Post is an option it will be offered at the checkout stage. Express Post is available on most small orders.


Bulky orders will be sent by Courier. They will deliver to most Australian addresses.
They will not deliver to PO Boxes or remote Islands and External Territories.

Click & Collect from Queanbeyan

Due to COVID-19 risks, Click & Collect is only available on items too large to be sent via Aust Post (over 1m or 20kgs).
This option will automatically become available at the checkout stage if ordering applicable items.
All other items will need to be posted at this stage, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please note all orders must be placed online. We do not offer counter sales or have showrooms.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders sent from CaravansPlus are fully insured and trackable.
Our Money Back Guarantee ensures you get what you have paid for.


Our insurance includes:
1) Loss insurance. We guarantee you will receive your order or we will re-send it. (Items are lost after 10 days of no tracking events)
2) Damage Insurance. We will replace any items damaged in transit.

Selecting "Leave without signature" will void the loss insurance only.

Please unpack and inspect all received items straight away. To make a claim for Damage Insurance you must notify CaravansPlus within 30 days of receipt of goods. You can not claim damage insurance after products have been installed.

Insurance Claims have a $10 excess for Australia Post.
Insurance Claims have a $30 Excess for Couriers.


Tracking numbers are supplied to you when your order is sent.
Neither Australia Post nor Couriers will call to confirm you are home.

Courier Deliveries
If you are not home and you have not authorised to leave without signature, your order will be returned to the depot.
You will need to collect from the depot or pay a re-delivery fee.

Incorrect Address

You are able to edit your postage address until your order is sent. Where an incorrect address is provided and a parcel is returned to CaravansPlus, the customer will be liable for any costs to resend.

International Orders

We do not deliver to any other countries. We are unable to respond to international emails.
