Description
This SHURflo 4009 is an automatic 24V fresh water demand pump for recreational vehicles and other 24V pressurised fresh water systems. Its four-chamber diaphragm and internal bypass support high-flow demand, low noise and reduced cycling. The pressure switch starts the pump as system pressure falls and shuts it off at 30 psi.
The pump is thermally protected, can run dry without damage and may be mounted in any position. This listing supplies the bulk pump only; an inlet filter and connection fittings are sold separately. A suitable inlet filter must be installed to maintain importer warranty.

These pumps have some water present as they have been fully tested by the manufacturer before being sent to Australia. The pump ports are technically 1/2-14 NPSM, but the standard Australian setup uses the listed SHURflo or 1/2 inch BSP fittings, including the John Guest 12mm adaptor.
These are not supplied in a retail box, and are as per what is supplied to the major caravan manufacturers in Australia. No box means cheaper for you, and less of your money in your bin.
The importer will not warrant pumps that: have not been used with a filter; have had thread tape used; have had the thread mechanically tightened; or have been installed outside the body and suffer from dust ingression.
