Description

This inline non-return valve helps keep 1/2-inch hose primed, particularly when fitted on the suction side of a pump with weak pump valves. It reduces drain-back rather than providing a watertight shut-off: the low-restriction design can allow a small drip return and is intended to maintain prime for short periods.

Features

  • To install, cut the hose and place both ends in hot water. Insert the valve with its arrow pointing in the direction of water flow. The hose will normally hold on without clamps when cool.
