This is the top section of the right-hand leg. It connects to the knuckle. It is a specialised caravan spare part used in repairs to Fiamma awnings; the spare part diagram shows its location.
The awning side is determined by looking back from outside the awning. The right-hand side will generally be at the rear of the van.
