Fiamma's range of speciality annex kits are called Fiamma Privacy Rooms. The complete series include kits to suit Fiamma F45, F65, CaravanStore and F35 Pro awnings. Due to the exetended lead time from importers we only list and stock the Fiamma Privacy Rooms to suit F45 awnings.

The latest edition of Privacy Rooms have been styled using clean lines and grey tones to complement all caravan styles. The UV resistant vinyls are completely waterproof and easy to clean . They are fitted with large openable windows on all sides the allow consistent air circulation not matter the position. For enhanced comfort all the windows are fitted with mosquito screens and finished with neutral toned curtains. Fiamma has also released a range of optional awning accessories to customise your additional living area.

The multi-panel design is adjustable and allows you to position the main door at either end. The back bone of the annex is the Fiamma Fast Clip System. Consisting of strong but light weight anodised aluminium poles, moulded fittings and brackets. Each kit also includes a range of individual mounting bracket to suit all earlier models of F45 awnings. Once installed they remain fitted into the awning case and lead bar for precise and effortless setup every time. The patented roof rafters clamp onto the awning fabric to provide a 100 % waterproof connection between the roof and walls.

Designed to suit standard roll out awnings like Dometic and Carefree they can provide much needed additional living / storage space that is fully protected from the elements. These all inclusive kits contain Aluminium telescopic poles, roof rafters, tent pegs, and rubber ties all thoughtfully supplied in 2 carry bags (1 for poles, 1 for walls) for easy transportation and storage.

For complete versatility each annex features 3 door panels (one on each side) and large windows which are fitted with insect screens and blockout panels.
