Description

Replacement 3.5 bar safety/drain valve for Truma UltraRapid and B14 hot water systems. It allows the water heater to be emptied through the drain outlet. On the UltraRapid, this is separate from the pressure and temperature relief (P&T) valve mounted on the heater; it does not replace that valve.

To drain an UltraRapid, switch off the water pump, allow the heater to cool and open the hot water taps before raising the yellow lever to the vertical position. Return the lever to either horizontal position to close the drain before refilling. Drain the heater when there is a risk of frost.
