Replacement original-style barrel for Camec 3-point door locks. Supplied with 2 matching keys and compatible with the Camec One-Key barrel system.
Removing the lock barrel
After removing the lock assembly from the door, hold the handle open, then turn and pull the rear metal lock activator (cylinder).
Working from the rear, depress the small metal wafer into the barrel. Rotate the barrel until its square protrusions line up with the gaps in the housing, then slide it out through the front.
Fitting the lock barrel
Place a supplied key in the barrel and turn it until the square protrusions line up with the gaps in the housing. Insert the barrel at an angle so the wafer enters the housing first and is depressed as the remainder of the barrel is pushed in. The wafer should pop out to secure the barrel in place.
Designed specifically for Camec 3-point door locks; fitment to other lock types is not supported.
