Description
Winegard replacement interior directional handle and ceiling plate kit for Sensar and FreeVision HV wind-up TV antennas. The directional handle rotates the raised antenna to aim it towards the transmitter; it is separate from the crank handle used to raise and lower the antenna. Previously called RP-5300.
The handle's tubular section is cut to suit the roof thickness. Align its internal keys with the gear housing keyways without forcing it, and fit the ceiling plate with its pointer aligned to the handle pointer. When replacing the older-style directional handle, the ceiling plate may need to be rotated 90° to align the pointers.
To aim the antenna, first raise it, then pull the directional handle down to disengage it from the ceiling plate before rotating. Align the handle and ceiling plate pointers again before lowering the antenna.
