Description
The Sphere caravan reversing camera kit provides a rear camera view from a caravan on a 7-inch colour monitor mounted over the tow vehicle's existing rear-view mirror. It is a complete single-camera wired system containing the monitor, camera and principal cables needed to connect the caravan and tow vehicle.
Choose it for a new wired installation or when you prefer a mirror-mounted display instead of a separate dashboard screen. The system can also be expanded later to accept a second compatible Sphere eyeball camera.
Before you buy
- Designed for 12V DC caravan and tow-vehicle installations
- The BTM-7100S monitor has a 5-pin connection and includes a harness for the Sphere 4-pin vehicle cabling
- The monitor clips over a conventional rear-view mirror; check the mirror shape because fit cannot be guaranteed for every vehicle
- A second compatible Sphere eyeball camera can be connected using dual-camera splitter 900-02779
- Does not suit Sphere wireless cameras or the Sphere 360-degree birdseye camera
- Provides video only, without a microphone or audio input
