Sphere 12V 100Ah AGM Deep Cycle Battery

Description

Sphere 12V 100Ah Valve Regulated AGM Rechargeable Battery.

AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries suit caravans, motorhomes and boats. The electrolyte is held in glass-fibre mats rather than freely flowing liquid, providing a maintenance-free, spill-proof battery-not a completely dry or gas-free one.

Use an upright installation position in a ventilated compartment. Do not charge in a gas-tight enclosure: valve-regulated batteries can release gas, particularly if overcharged or a cell fails. An under-seat or cupboard installation therefore needs ventilation; the sealed construction alone does not make an enclosed space suitable.

Use an AGM-compatible charger or solar regulator matched to the charging limits below. The cycle and float voltage ranges are specified at 25 °C, with temperature-compensation values provided for operation at other temperatures.
