A replacement bottom slide valve seal to suit Dometic CTS-3110 and CTS-4110 toilets. Part number 242601052.
Lubricate the seal once or twice a year with silicone-based grease or spray. Dometic recommend grease: OKS 1110 or spray: OKS 1111.
