PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we have been advising for some time these can be stiff to operate when new, we have had a spate of customers trying to claim warranty. THESE ARE STIFF WHEN NEW. THEY ARE EVEN HARDER TO REMOVE THE CAP WHEN IT IS NOT INSTALLED! When it is locked it freewheels. When unlocked you need to depress and turn firmly anti-clockwise to open. This will wear in, and a smidgeon of lubricant on the rubber can help.
