A waterproof, permanent connection for taking an external TV antenna cable through your caravan wall without trailing it through a door or window. The through-wall fitting connects the outside antenna lead directly to the inside TV lead, avoiding loose cable connections within the wall cavity.
All items shown in the main photograph are included in the kit.
Installation requires a 12 mm hole through the wall. Choose a position clear of metal framing and concealed wiring. Happy Wanderer recommends filling the exterior plate with silicone sealant before fitting it to the wall.
Happy Wanderer and Caravans Plus recommend the use of F-type (screw-on) cables for the best digital TV reception.
Recieved my awning the day I placed the order . When fitting the awning and almost finnished I discovered that I needed 2 x 39 cent screws to secure the end caps . Job stopped because Dometic did not include 2 screws for the end caps on an $ 820 awning . The service from Caravans Plus was excellent .
