The Foldaway Tallboy is a folding VHF/UHF TV and FM antenna kit for camper trailers, wind-up campers and Avans. Its mast provides an extra 500 mm of height compared with the Standard/Quick Fit model, helping the antenna reach above the roof or canvas when the mounting brackets sit lower on the camper.
The adjustable antenna arms suit both horizontal and vertical signal polarisation, including digital TV reception. Start with the arms at 10 and 2 o'clock, then rotate the mast and adjust the arms for reception. Set the arms horizontally for horizontal signals or vertically for vertical signals, and run the TV's channel scan when moving to a new reception area.
During assembly, feed the coaxial cable through the mast sections and out through the slot in the bottom locking section. For packing away, remove the antenna from its brackets, fold the arms down and loosen the mast joints so it folds into the supplied carry tube.
Recieved my awning the day I placed the order . When fitting the awning and almost finnished I discovered that I needed 2 x 39 cent screws to secure the end caps . Job stopped because Dometic did not include 2 screws for the end caps on an $ 820 awning . The service from Caravans Plus was excellent .
Gtrat communication, and looked after me.
Excellent service, quick delivery
