The Dometic RM2350 is a 90-litre absorption fridge/freezer for built-in installation in caravans and motorhomes. Its quiet, vibration-free refrigeration system operates on 12 V DC, 240 V AC or LPG, with the energy source selected manually using the top-mounted controls. Gas operation uses push-button piezo ignition.
Use 12 V cooling only while the vehicle engine is running: the heating element runs continuously without thermostat control and can quickly discharge a parked vehicle's battery. Select LPG or 240 V when parked. Do not operate on LPG while travelling, and turn off the gas bottle. Level the vehicle when parked with the fridge operating to prevent loss of cooling.
The cabinet cut-out is only part of the installation: the fridge needs a lower outside air intake, an upper outlet and a flue connection, with the combustion system sealed off from the vehicle interior. The ventilation system is not included. The door accepts a decorative panel to match your interior; panel dimensions are listed below.
