Trojan version of the Tekonsha electric breakaway switch. Sets trailer brakes in case of accidental trailer breakaway. Trailer brakes are applied automatically.
Once the breakaway switch is installed, you can test it by connecting the positive terminal of the battery to the connection to the blue wire for the brake circuit, i.e., bridge the switch. You can hear the electric solenoid on the wheels click.
