The Tiegear STEADFAST Terra Hard Peg 2 Pack offers a heavy-duty screw-in solution for anchoring awnings, tents and gazebos in challenging ground conditions. Designed for grass, gravel and rocky ground, these pegs are built from forged 304 stainless steel.
Each 27cm peg has a masonry-style tip to help it penetrate hard ground. Screw it in using a drill fitted with a 19mm socket or the Tiegear Terra Driver, sold separately. The rotating double-hooked head lets you align the hooks with your tie-downs, including multiple tie-downs pulling in opposite directions.
Start slowly with steady pressure. If you encounter strong resistance, back the peg out slightly and adjust its angle rather than forcing it. If you hit solid rock, move to another position. For sand and softer surfaces, choose the Terra Soft peg instead.
