Description

This replacement remote control is designed for Dometic Air Command Ibis 4 rooftop air conditioners. It restores handheld control of cooling, heating and fan functions when the original handset is lost or damaged, so the air conditioner can still be operated from inside the RV.

The remote features a digital LCD screen and clearly labelled buttons for power, temperature, mode selection, fan speed, turbo, timer, sleep and switching between °C and °F. All settings are sent to the air conditioner by an infrared signal and must be directed toward the indoor unit receiver during use.

It is matched to the electronics of the Ibis 4 and is not suitable for earlier Ibis models. The handset is powered by two AAA batteries, which are user installed and not supplied with the remote.
