The Quick Rail is fitted to the Fiamma Carry Bike Pro series and allows the addition of a third or fourth bike. Its sliding Quick-Safe straps secure the bike's wheels to the rail.
Adding a bike also requires a suitable Bike-Block frame securing arm, sold separately. The rack must support the extra bike position, and its maximum load still applies.
This is a quality Italian-designed product; however, like many quality Fiamma-designed products, the execution of quality is let down by a simple mistake.
The included cup-head bolts are M4 x 50 mm which are simply not long enough. Many global fastener manufacturers' catalogues do not reach beyond 50 mm in M4.
Whilst an M6 x 65 mm bolt is available, it is unfortunate the M6 head is too large to slide into the track. The installer will need to devise a better way to attach the rail to their bike rack.
