Correct Fitting

To find the correct size cover you will need to measure the total length of the outside of the caravan. Measure from its longest points, but exclude any rear bumper or wheel as the fit is best when the cover is snug to the caravan body. Covering your spare wheel, gas bottles, or front storage box is not recommended as this will lead to excess flapping and rubbing. Rooftop air conditioners make no difference as the walls can be pulled down to suit. The front is sloped as per normal modern caravans, so alternate shapes may not fit correctly.

Fitting the cover to your van is easiest with help from another person but not an impossible job for one. If you have a tall caravan you may need a ladder or pole to help you get the cover up and over. Starting at the rear, raise the cover over the van and slowly make your way to the front. Once the cover is in place, use the provided nylon straps to secure the cover with a nice taut fit.
