Replacement bellows flush-pump assembly for Thetford Porta Potti toilets fitted with the matching manual bellows pump. It restores flush operation when the original bellows is damaged or no longer pumps properly.
Confirmed applications include the Porta Potti 145 and 165, along with selected earlier Thetford bellows-pump models. Do not order by toilet number alone: some Porta Potti models and generations use a piston or electric pump instead. Compare the existing pump with the product images before ordering.
Replacement steps
1. Photograph or note the existing hose connections before removing the old bellows.
2. Remove the old assembly and clean away the old sealing compound.
3. Connect the hoses to the replacement bellows first.
4. Remove the protective sleeve from the pre-applied sealing compound only when ready to fit the assembly.
5. Locate the bellows squarely in the opening and press it firmly into place.
