The Aussie Traveller S4 Window & Blind is a practical upgrade for caravan and RV owners, offering a sleek, modern alternative to older window models such as the Dometic S4 and the commonly fitted Mobicool CHAL. Designed with a black external frame, white internal frame and a flat window panel profile, this window not only enhances the external look of your vehicle but also delivers improved functionality for life on the road.

Built with a durable alloy frame, the ATS4 window is suited to Australian touring conditions and provides a more refined appearance compared to traditional rounded-corner designs. The flush, square-cornered frame offers a cleaner fit with 85-90 degree cut-outs, giving a contemporary finish that's especially appealing for modern caravan designs.

It features a UV resistant, double-glazed acrylic panel for insulation and durability. Inside, the integrated block-out blind and insect screen can be used independently or locked together to adjust privacy and airflow. Blind style varies by window size: the pleated version has reflective backing, while other sizes use the standard block-out blind. See the size distinctions in the specifications; interior photos show the pleated-blind version. A 24% increase in the opening size compared to earlier models offers better ventilation. Windows 300 mm high have two opening positions; other heights have three. The semi-lock position adds ventilation in windy conditions while parked.

This window is an ideal replacement for Mobicool CHAL models, bringing a more up-to-date feel without complicating installation. The clamp system supports wall thicknesses from 24 mm to 34 mm. Although described as a screwless clamp design, installation still uses frame set screws and blind-panel fixing screws, as shown in the installation manual.

To close the window, first push the acrylic panel slightly further out to release the stay, then draw it closed and lock the handles. The semi-lock ventilation position is for use while parked; fully close the window and lock every handle before travelling.
