Straight TF16 gas adaptor with a 5/16 inch male SAE flare end and a 3/8 inch female BSP end. It joins a matching female SAE flare connection to a male BSP fitting. The 5/16 inch SAE size refers to the tube outside diameter, not the measured thread diameter.
The SAE connection seals on the flare, not the thread; do not apply thread tape or thread sealant to the SAE connection. Use gas-rated thread tape on the BSP threaded joint. Leak-test the connections before use.
