These replacement RV slide-out bearing blocks #379060 are for Lippert in-wall slide-outs. They are genuine Lippert replacement parts and include the upper and lower bearing blocks, rivets and clips. The complete slide-out assembly is not included. This is the standard-rack kit, not the inverted-rack version. If either bearing block is damaged, replace both blocks on the affected column.
