Description

The Sphere 270 L upright fridge/freezer is a built-in 12 V DC model for caravans and motorhomes, with the freezer above the fresh-food compartment. This version is supplied right-hinged. Each compartment has its own five-level temperature setting; Boost prioritises faster cooling, while Night limits compressor and fan speed to reduce noise. The doors can be reversed before installation, but choosing the required hinge version avoids that conversion.

The manual gives different recess heights for a new installation and its replacement-installation ventilation arrangement, so allow for the arrangement you are building. Keep the top and rear ventilation openings clear. The decorative installation trim frame is sold separately.

After positioning the fridge, leave it standing for 2-6 hours before switching it on, then allow about four hours of cooling before loading food. The freezer is intended to keep pre-frozen food frozen, rather than quick-freeze fresh food.
