The Muk Mat Rounded Step Mat is purpose-designed to contour neatly around the inner step of your caravan, helping to stop dirt, sand and grit at the door. Created with Australian conditions in mind, this step mat is a simple yet effective way to keep your caravan interior cleaner while adding a neat finish to your entryway.
Available in green, dark grey and light grey, and offered in four different sizes, the Rounded Step Mat is made to suit a wide range of caravan steps. It pairs easily with Muk Mat's Original, Large or Extra Large Ground Mats to create a consistent and practical outdoor area.
Each mat is crafted from soft 40mm grass-like fibres that catch fine debris before it enters your van. The dual-layered backing adds strength, while the waterproof web binding prevents fraying at the edges. Place the included non-slip mesh beneath the mat to help reduce movement. The grass surface can still be slippery when wet.
To get the best fit, measure your caravan step before choosing your mat. If your step is close to the door, opting for a smaller size can make it easier to close the door over the mat. Although UV protected, the fibres can be damaged by concentrated sunlight reflected from glass or metal step surrounds.
Rinse or wash with warm soapy water without bleach, then hang to dry. Keep the mat and the surface beneath it dry to reduce dye-transfer risk, particularly on vinyl flooring.
