Sadly, I was charged a ridiculous $22.00 for postage for a parcel that weighed a total of 316 grams. This is in my view a rip off for delivery, considering Aust Post then took 8 days to deliver it. Aust Post had the parcel going round and round Sydney first, and then in Melbourne it went back and forth between nearby mail centres for 3 days before leaving Melbourne. All up the products were great, but the process and cost of having them delivered was not a reason to give Caravans Plus a good rating. Furthermore, they do not allow you to phone them to discuss any issues and direct you to communicate with emails. No customer service at all.
