This cable is a CMS C3.1 to IEC C13 lead used to connect an IEC-equipped 240V AC charger (IEC C14 inlet) into a CMS plug-and-play 240V wiring setup in a caravan, motorhome or similar RV.
It's intended as a genuine replacement/connection lead where you need a short adaptor-style cable between CMS components and a device that uses a standard IEC C13 connector.
