7 Pin Large Round Trailer Plug

Description

Plastic 7 pin large round trailer plug for the lead at the front of a trailer or caravan. It connects the trailer's lighting and electric brake circuits to a matching large round car socket.

Match the connector style, not just the pin count: 7 pin large round, small round and flat connectors are different formats. Matching large round plugs and sockets can be used across brands.

Features

• There are 5 main styles:

• 7 pin flat.
• 12 pin flat (which also accepts the 7 pin flat).
• 6 pin small round (becoming outdated).
• 7 pin small round.
• 7 pin large round (mainly VIC and SA use).

If it mounts on the car it is a CAR socket, if it is on the front of a trailer or caravan it is a Trailer Plug (regardless of male or female).

Most photos show BRITAX brand; however, ARK are very similar.
