Needed new bathroom vent lids and fly screens and did much online research into costs and suitable replacements. Caravansplus site provided the information that I needed and were very competitive with pricing. Items arrived promptly and were very well packaged. Had a small problem with a missing tab/button on one of the fly screens and when I contacted Caravansplus to report it, they immediately arranged for a replacement entire fly screen assembly to be sent to me at no cost. Yes the usual 5 star rating for caravans plus. Purchased a Dometic awning system from them. Communication was good. all parts present and correct. Just have to fit it now.
