Safety Warnings

Assembly Instructions
- Setup: Unbox and prepare the components. If the Coupling Plate is not installed, secure it with the Locking Nut.
- Adjusting Trailer Height: Ensure the trailer tongue is about 14 inches off the ground.
- Attaching the Ball to Coupler: Secure the ball with the coupler latch and tighten the Locking Nut against the coupler.
Alternative Method for Ball Attachment
For heavier trailers, insert the ball into the trailer coupler, lock it, and then secure the Locking Nut before lowering the trailer onto the Trailer Valet XL.
Operating Instructions
- Testing Assembly: Ensure the trailer is supported by the Trailer Valet with the existing jack above ground.
- Attaching Driver: Choose between manual operation with the Drive Handle or using the Drill Adapter for power operation.
- Operating the Device: Ensure trailer brakes are disengaged, grip the brake and drill/driver firmly, and lift the Steering Handle to move the trailer.
- Removing the Device: Detach the drill/drive handle, lower the jack, and release the Locking Nut and coupler latch.
Maintenance
- Before First Use and Regularly: Inspect for damage, ensure Locking Nut is tight, and keep the device free from contaminants.
- Every 90 Days: Apply multipurpose grease to the chain and gear bushings.
- After Marine Use: Rinse with fresh water and dry. Do not submerge.
Warranty
- Duration: 1 year from purchase date, covering manufacturing defects when used as directed.
- Exclusions: Normal wear, consumable parts, cosmetic damage, damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
