Customer feedback is 100% correct. These are made in China, and they do bend when not used correctly.
These are supplied with a 50mm ball for use with a 50mm coupling only. The following has been taken from ARKS website directly - 'use coupling adaptors i.e polyblock adaptors with this tow hitch, use of coupling adaptors extend the tow point and significantly reduce the tow hitch rated capacity. USE OF COUPLING ADAPTORS ON THIS TOW HITCH WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY'
