Safety Precautions
- Installation must be performed by trained personnel.
- Avoid using cleaning agents containing chlorine or alcohol.
- Do not violently shake the cassette tank.
- Ensure all components are installed in areas protected from frost to prevent damage.
- Avoid using anti-freeze agents as they can damage the sanitation system.
- The operating pressure for the magnet valve must not exceed 6 bar to prevent damage.
Model Identification
- Models include Saneo®B, Saneo®BS, Saneo®C, Saneo®CS, Saneo®BLP, Saneo®BW, Saneo®CLP, and Saneo®CW.
- Model variations:
- S: Free-standing without flush water tank, with console.
- W: Free-standing with integrated flush water tank.
- LP: Low Profile, low console.
- B: Basic with plastic bowl.
- C: Comfort with ceramic bowl.
Technical Data
- Supply voltage: 12 V DC.
- Current consumption: Max. 2 A with internal water pump, max. 10 A with external pump.
- Operating temperature: 0°C to +50°C.
- Cassette tank capacity: 16 liters.
- Fresh water tank capacity (optional): 7 liters.
- Required pump output at the toilet inlet: Min. 5.5 l/min, max. 12 l/min (recommended 7-8 l/min).
Installation Instructions
- Service Door Installation: Follow the instructions provided with the Dometic Seitz SK 5 service door (if applicable).
- Wall Apertures:
- For the service door: Dimensions depend on orientation (vertical or horizontal).
- For the flap (Saneo BW and CW models): Use the provided template.
- Toilet Installation:
- Ensure installation allows for maintenance access and is in a frost-protected area.
- Maintain at least 60 mm clearance from side walls for swiveling of the toilet top part.
- Specific installation steps vary by model. Refer to the detailed instructions for each model type (Saneo B, C, BW, CW, BS, CS, BLP, CLP).
- Water Connection:
- Use a smooth tube connection. The connection sleeve is not included.
- For Saneo xW models with an integrated water tank, follow specific instructions.
- Check for leak tightness after connection.
- Flap Installation (Saneo BW and CW models): Apply sealing compound and fasten with screws.
- Electric Connection:
- Connect to a suitable power supply via the main connection block of the vehicle.
- Do not connect in parallel with other consumers.
- Circuit diagrams are provided for models with integrated and external water pumps.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
- Verify the operating pressure for the magnet valve does not exceed 6 bar.
- Check for blockages in the water supply if the flush function is impaired.
- For electrical issues, ensure the toilet is correctly connected to the power supply and not in parallel with other electrical consumers.
Maintenance
- Regularly clean the toilet with suitable non-chlorine, non-alcohol-based cleaning agents.
- Inspect and clean the cassette tank regularly.
- Check all seals and connections periodically for signs of wear or leaks.
Warranty and Support
- Warranty conditions are in accordance with EC Directive 44/1999/CE. Malfunctions due to improper use or modifications are not covered.
