Safe-T-Alert LP gas protector is a 12 V gas detector that only draws 46 mA and is simple to operate. A flashing warm up light turns steady green after the 3-minute power-up cycle. When the test switch is activated a complete diagnostic test is performed in an instant, no gas required!
The Safe-T-Alert features a double check circuit to prevent alarm from a puff of hair spray, cleaner or other aerosol sprays. The detector is fully operational from 8 to 16 V DC, thereby providing continuous operation until the battery is almost dead.
