The Nuova Mapa Telescopic Table Leg and Slide Mechanism is designed to offer flexibility and convenience for various applications, including converting a table into a bed platform. • Maximum Height (Floor to Underside of Table Top): 710mm
• Factory Set Bed Position Height: 330mm (from the underside of the table top to the floor)

Tools Required:

• Vice grips
• 8mm socket spanner

Installation and Adjustment Instructions:

Initial Setup:

Press the black base knob and extend the table to its full height.

Accessing Internal Components:

Unscrew the four screws securing the plastic cover at the top of the table leg.
Unscrew the two screws securing the plastic cover at the bottom of the leg.

Removing Plastic Covers:

Carefully remove the plastic covers to expose the internal metal components.

Adjusting Bed Height:

Locate the nut and bolt responsible for bed height adjustment. You will find a range of measurements next to the adjusting nut and bolt to set the required height for a bed position.
Hold the bolt with vice grips and undo the nut.

Setting Desired Bed Height:

Remove the bolt, and reposition both bolt and nut in the desired hole to achieve the desired bed height.
Secure the bolt in the new position with vice grips and tighten the nut with the socket spanner.

Slide down the plastic base cover until it makes contact with the floor, ensuring the small hole in the plastic cover is aligned with the bolt thread in the base.
Install the black base knob.

Position the table top slide mechanism on top of the table leg, aligning the four holes in the slide mechanism with the four screw holes in the table leg.
Using the four screws removed earlier, fasten the table top slide mechanism to the table leg.

Reposition the plastic cover back to its original position as done in step 2. Reinstall only the two screws at the bottom of the leg.

Securing the Table Top:

At each corner of the slide mechanism, locate the two screw holes. These are the fixing points for your table top.
Position your table top on the slide mechanism in the desired location. Use eight self-tapping screws to fix the table top to the slide mechanism, ensuring the screws are shorter than the thickness of your table top for safety.

• Table Top Requirements: Ensure your table top has a uniform thickness. The points where the table is fixed to the slide mechanism must not protrude below the center of the table, as this will prevent the slide from locking into place.
