Product Overview
The Lido Junior Cooker series by Bromic includes models designed for marine, caravan, and camping applications. These cookers feature stainless steel models with two burners and a griller, equipped with Thermoelectric flame safety valves for all burners.

Warnings
- Do not store or use flammable materials near the appliance.
- Avoid using aerosols in the vicinity of the appliance when it is operating.
- Modification of this appliance is prohibited.
- Not to be used as a space heater in marine craft or caravans.
- Ensure each burner is fitted with a flame safeguard for use in marine craft, caravans, or mobile homes.
Installation Instructions
- Maintain a minimum distance of 200mm from combustible materials on each side and the back of the cooker.
- Ensure a minimum clearance of 600mm to overhead cupboards.
- Verify the gas type and injector size before installation.
- Follow local authority regulations or the AS5601 gas installation code.
- The gas supply must be regulated to a pressure of 2.75 kPa for LPG models.
- A manual shut-off valve must be installed in an accessible location external to the appliance.
- After connection, check for gas leaks using a soap and water solution.
Operating Instructions
To Light Burners
- For models with Thermoelectric flame safety, depress the knob, turn anticlockwise, light directly, and hold for 10 seconds before adjusting the flame.
- For the "Junior Camping" model, depress the knob, turn anticlockwise, and light directly.
Griller Operation
A radiant griller burner is located below the hob. Use the control knob to adjust between high and low settings. Use the grill tray and grid for cooking.
Cleaning and Care
Clean the hotplate, pan support, and burners with hot water and detergent. Avoid abrasives.
The grill pan and grid should be washed, rinsed, and dried similarly to a saucepan.
Servicing Instructions
Servicing must only be performed by authorized personnel.
To access the manifold or to lubricate/replace controls, turn off the gas supply, disconnect the cooker, and follow the disassembly instructions provided.
Use only AGA approved lubricant for gas cocks.
For models with Thermoelectric flame safety, additional steps are provided for lubricating or replacing controls or magnets.
Appendix A - Optional Sea Rail and Gimbal Installation
Follow the provided instructions for installing the optional Sea Rail and Gimbal, ensuring correct DX and SX positions.
Important Notes
This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
Always use the AGA approved hose assembly supplied with the appliance. Do not use adaptors.
The maximum hose length is 1200mm. Avoid twisting or kinking the hose.
