The standard pack includes the SmartLink control box as well as a basic kit of bluetooth sensors to get you going - 1x gas level , 1x temperature and 2x tyre pressure sensors.

The MCS instantly adjusts the gas input providing consistent output water temperatures. It can provide a temperature rise of 38 degrees celsius at 5.7L/min.
The tankless system increases energy efficiency while reducing weight and maintenance requirements.
Since the tankless system does not require any access from the outside of the vehicle, new installations only require the vent (not included) to be installed through the RV wall.
If replacing an existing unit with an access door, replacement panels are available to suit standard Suburban and Atwood cutouts.
The replacement panels do not include a vent, which must be purchased separately to suit the vehicles wall thickness.

We only stock spare parts or appliances that are imported by wholesalers into Australia. Unfortunately we have seen some caravans imported that do not provide backup service or parts for their included appliances. You may need to import these spares directly from overseas.

Hi guys we have a traveller prodigy 23.6 feet inside box. our suburban hot water unit (sw6dea)is leaking but not from the fittings on the bock but from under the unit.Can they be repaired? Is this common. How do we fix it or do we need to replace it.
