Using the data sticker to identify your Thetford toilet model
If you are not sure which model toilet you have, you will find a data sticker attached to the base of the toilet beneath the waste holding tank. The model number will be printed at the beginning above the barcode - as shown below.
Identifying your Thetford toilet model by the waste cassette
If your sticker has been removed or damaged, you can still determine your model by the waste cassette.
The C200 and C2/3/4 series toilets originally used cassettes without wheels, however Thetford have now redesigned these cassettes to include wheels and a pull handle. The overall dimensions of these cassettes have remained the same and the newer cassettes are a direct replacement for the older wheel-less models.

Hi. I got a C3 ,seems To be which is with a waste tank white/creme. Manufactured before 1993. The blade is very hard to open and i am looking for a replacement of the waste tank. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance for your soon reply.r Best regards.

I’ve got a 2/3/4 cassette toilet in my van (coronal manuf 2003) Flusher not working .I’m told fuse needs replacing but pump may be jammed Where can I get manual to repair it Regards Keith

Pull out toilet roll holder unit from base to gain access to tank .pull out pump and inspect impeller for blockage at bottom of pump.try moving impeller by hand while turning flushing switch.

Hi. The flush will not work on my c200 toilet. No light shows. Read somewhere that there is supposed to be penlight batteries, but cannot see them. I changed the fuse but still not working? Suggestions welcome please.

Our C200 is connected to caravan 12v battery. So no need to have 240v.

I have a c2 cassette toilet and want to change lip seal gasget not sure what year model as there is 2 lip seals early 2000 later 2002 how can i tell ?

Hi Dion, Where the cassette pulls out from there should be a data sticker. There will be a 8 digit code, this is the manufacture date Year, Month, Day. eg. Code: 20051006 would be manufactured 6/10/2005.

There is either a blown fuse accessed from inside the van on a plastic plate on the wall with wires giong up to inside

There is either a blown 5amp fuse accessed from the enclosure where the cassette is inserted, on a plate which is part of the wall, you can see the wires coming out, or the tube which is connected to the flush button is guncked up. This is accessed from inside the van and the whole button assembly is carefully levered up and clean around the intake. All else being well, it will eventully work, but the muck may take some time to flush out. It looks like "normal" green water slime. Good luck!

Hi I have a C2 toilet. I can activate the pump when the toilet i closed, but when we are using it, and it is open the pump is silent. What is wrong with it? Hope that you can help us. Best regards from Brian

Help, my boyfriend couldn't open the blade so he turned the round handle and pushed the cassette in and now we can't get it out! Just got this camper. Thank you in advance Linda

Hello, We have C3 #1633862 G05. Can you please assist me in removing the seat without pulling whole upper toilet out. It has a plastic pin I cannot remove without breaking it. Thanks in advance.

C402 flush will not work .inside top rear the cartridge area is a small spring hanging down ,I think it must be part of a cut out mechanism to stop the flush when the cartridge is removed ,does anyone know what the attachment looks like ,or if it is likely that it has broken off ,thanks .

Hello, I have a Thetford toilet in my caravan 1999 Bailey's Ranger, the flush as just stopped working , I don't think it as a electric flush , never heard a noise from it, I think it works manually, I do not have a number for it or a manual, can anyone help me with this problem ,Thank you in advance Bernie

I have a question regarding our Thetford C200 toilet. It recently blew the supply hose off just inside the cassette door. I fitted a tap to the blue supply line to reduce flow, this had no effect. I've dismantled the toilet and found a build up of crud at the valve filter, cleaned and reassembled. The hose still blows off, even when using just the van pump, any ideas? Cheers.
