This is a standard roof vent without fan. It hinges open with a winder operated from inside your Caravan or Motorhome.

**While designed to fit the European size of 400mm square ceiling hole, these can be modified, with some effort, to fit a hole of 360mm to allow these hatches to replace many USA styled hatches.

While quoted as suiting 400 x 400 openings it is possible to trim some hidden edges to get it fit a 360mm hole, however there is some work involved and is only suggested where a ventilated vent is required.
