This is a standard roof vent without fan. It hinges open with a winder operated from inside your Caravan or Motorhome.**While designed to fit the European size of 400mm square ceiling hole, these can be modified, with some effort, to fit a hole of 360mm to allow these hatches to replace many USA styled hatches.
