Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
Identify the strongest points on the vehicle’s wall for bracket installation.
Use provided screws and bolts (M6, M6x55, M6x60, M6x65, M6x50, M6x95).
Ensure brackets are securely fixed, maintaining a minimum distance of 40 cm and a maximum of 80 cm between them.
Cut the tubes (A) to desired vertical spacing.
Attach rails using provided fixtures (L, V, F, T, E, U, H, G).
Attach the bike holding units to the rails.
Adjust and secure the bike blocks and frame adapters.
Load bicycles starting from nearest to the vehicle wall to ensure even weight distribution.
Secure bicycles firmly using the bike blocks and straps provided.
Check the installation for any loose parts or misalignments regularly, especially after the first use and after long trips.
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 60 kg.
Ensure the vehicle’s rear axle can handle the additional load without exceeding permissible axle load.
Use additional rear-view mirrors if the bike carrier obstructs the vehicle’s rear view.
Always use the provided safety signs to indicate the presence of an extended load.

Needed new bathroom vent lids and fly screens and did much online research into costs and suitable replacements. Had a small problem with a missing tab/button on one of the fly screens and when I contacted Caravansplus to report it, they immediately arranged for a replacement entire fly screen assembly to be sent to me at no cost. Yes the usual 5 star rating for caravans plus. Purchased a Dometic awning system from them. Communication was good. all parts present and correct. Just have to fit it now. Caravans Plus have proven their place in the caravan parts and accessory game by their honest service, prompt delivery and great back up.
