Installation Instructions

Preparing the Opening:

• Cut a hole in the wall with dimensions based on the window size. For a window size of 450x900mm, the opening width (OW) should be 903mm (W+3mm), and the opening height (OH) should be 453mm (H+3mm).
• Diagrams 1 and 2 illustrate the cutting dimensions and placement of the rubber outer seal.

Fixing the Outer Panel and Inner Frame:

• Attach the outer panel and inner frame to the wall as shown in Diagram 3. Use the set screw supplied for this step.
• Important: Do not over-tighten the screws to avoid damage.

Installing the Blind Panel:

• Position the blind panel over the hook as indicated in Diagram 4, then slide it down into position.

Securing the Blind Panel:

• Open the top and bottom blind panel cover by lifting up/pulling down at the corners.
• Fix the blind panel to the wall with ST4.2x32 screws as per Diagrams 5 and 6.
• Close the cover manually after securing.

Wall Thickness and Screw Installation Specifications

For wall thicknesses ranging from 24mm to 54mm, use screws as specified in Diagram 7. The screw size varies depending on the wall thickness, with options including M4X14, M4X20, and M4X70.

Optional Accessory

Curtain Track Assembly Kit: Allows for the addition of a customized curtain to any window. The track length is the window width plus 200mm, and the kit includes all necessary fittings.

Fitting Tips and Special Notes

• Use a magnetic tip screwdriver for easier handling of screws when joining frames.
• The window is designed for flat walls. For profiled wall cladding, use closed cell foam tape or a suitable sealant for a waterproof fit, removing the rubber outer seal before fitting.
• Specify wall thickness when ordering if it is less than 24mm or more than 34mm to ensure compatibility.
