Description

This 1190x380mm Pre-wired Power Board contains a 40A DC to DC Charger, 2 x 40A MPPT Solar Controllers and ePRO Plus Battery Monitor. Fitted with Fuse Block, Circuit Breakers & Cutout Switch they are designed for simple DIY Installation. The eSYSTEM N Board can be paired with the ePRO 3000W Combi Inverter Charger for all your 240V AC power requirements.

There is a full range of Enerdrive Installation Kits for 4WD Canopies, Caravans, Camper Trailers, Commercial Work Vehicles and more. They have been created in many different layouts and dimensional sizes to fit nearly every possible application. From small kits with AC & DC charging and battery monitoring up to kits with 2000w inverters and individual charge/load monitoring.

These kits are all pre-wired by Enerdrive where possible to keep the kits simple to install. All boards have a full wiring diagram showing each circuit and where to connect your loads, battery and inverter cabling. All items are mounted on a 12mm Black plastic (water & rot resistant) board for simple mounting into the application.

  Enerdrive ePower DC to DC Battery Charger w Solar Input - 12V / 40A

  The Enerdrive ePOWER DC2DC+ Battery Charger is a fully automatic multistage, multi input battery charger with the ability to charge from either an alternator linked to a battery; or via solar power with the in built Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Solar Controller. DC charger features include:

• Two totally independent DC Inputs for both engine and solar regulation charging one house battery bank output
• DC M6 screw terminals that will allow for large battery cable connection between all sources
• A dedicated Maximum Power Point (MPPT) solar regulator
• The same battery algorithms as included in our AC mains ePOWER battery charger including a specific lithium charging profile
• 40A output up to 40+ degrees C with thermo controlled fan cooling
• Fully programmable LCD display to show which source is charging the battery along with charger status, voltage and amperage
• Temperature sensor included in charger for more accurate battery charging

  Enerdrive MPPT Solar Charge Controller 12/24V - 40Amp

  The Enerdrive MPPT Solar Controllers adopt the advanced MPPT control algorithm, it can minimize the maximum power point loss rate and loss time, quickly track the maximum power point (MPP) of the PV array and obtain the maximum energy from solar array under any conditions; and it can increase the ratio of energy utilisation in the solar system by 20%-30% compared with PWM charging method.

  The Enerdrive MPPT Controllers have an electronic overload protections which allows you to have a total PV array (ie Panel Output) which is greater than the 40amp output capacity without damaging the controller. While some power may be un-utilised in perfect conditions , having a larger(oversized) PV array enables you to compensate for the reduced production on cloudy days and increases the amount of time the controllers is fully utilised.

  The Enerdrive MPPT Solar Controllers has self-adaptive three-stage charging mode based on digital control circuit, which can effectively prolong the lifespan of batteries and significantly improve the system performance. It also has comprehensive electronic protection for overcharge, over discharge, PV & battery reverse polarity. Solar Controller features include:

  Enerdrive ePRO PLUS Battery Monitor

  The ePRO Plus is the latest generation, highly advanced battery monitor. It consists of an intelligent shunt and a remote control and display unit. The shunt has a Grid Optimized footprint for perfect integration with our DC Modular products.

  This advanced battery monitor not only shows the true state of charge of your battery system. It also offers a large amount of additional features to optimally supervise your battery system and control external equipment. The ePRO Plus is compatible with lead based and Lithium batteries (LiFePO4).

  The new ePRO Plus is equipped with an active shunt module. All measurements and calculations are made inside the active shunt module, resulting in the highest accuracy. The end results are transferred to the Control and Display Unit (CDU) over a digital cable connection, ensuring the highest immunity against external interference even in harsh industrial applications.

  The ePRO Plus can monitor up to three battery banks. The inputs for battery bank 2 and 3 can also be configured for other purposes, like mid-point voltage measurement, keyswitch input or backlight control. The ePRO Plus battery monitor can measure DC currents up to 600Amps (500Amp continuous) and voltages up to 70Vdc. So any lead - or lithium based battery from 12V up to 48V can be monitored. ePRO Plus Battery Monitor features include:
