Description

This Pre-wired 1185x380mm Power Board contains a 40A DC Charger with Solar input, 40A AC Charger, 2000W Inverter and Simarine Battery Monitor. Fitted with Fuse Block, Circuit Breakers & Cutout Switch they are designed for simple DIY Installation.

There is a full range of Enerdrive Installation Kits for 4WD Canopies, Caravans, Camper Trailers, Commercial Work Vehicles and more. They have been created in many different layouts and dimensional sizes to fit nearly every possible application. From small kits with AC & DC charging and battery monitoring up to kits with 2000w inverters and individual charge/load monitoring.

These kits are all pre-wired by Enerdrive where possible to keep the kits simple to install. All boards have a full wiring diagram showing each circuit and where to connect your loads, battery and inverter cabling. All items are mounted on a 12mm Black plastic (water & rot resistant) board for simple mounting into the application.

  Enerdrive ePower DC to DC Battery Charger w Solar Input - 12V / 40A

  The Enerdrive ePOWER DC2DC+ Battery Charger is a fully automatic multistage, multi input battery charger with the ability to charge from either an alternator linked to a battery; or via solar power with the in built Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Solar Controller. DC charger features include:

• Two totally independent DC Inputs for both engine and solar regulation charging one house battery bank output
• DC M6 screw terminals that will allow for large battery cable connection between all sources
• A dedicated Maximum Power Point (MPPT) solar regulator
• The same battery algorithms as included in our AC mains ePOWER battery charger including a specific lithium charging profile
• 40A output up to 40+ degrees C with thermo controlled fan cooling
• Fully programmable LCD display to show which source is charging the battery along with charger status, voltage and amperage
• Temperature sensor included in charger for more accurate battery charging

  Enerdrive ePOWER 12V / 40Amp AC Battery Charger

  The Enerdrive ePOWER 40A Battery Charger is a fully automatic, "set and forget" charger. It is designed to quickly and accurately recharge your batteries using algorithms that help maximise service life. Multistage smart charging technology enables the charger to be connected to your battery banks permanently.

  The Enerdrive ePOWER charger can be programmed for Lithium batteries. This setting delivers the full rated output of the charger constantly with the charger switching to power supply mode once the voltage peak is met. AC charger features include:

• Multistage Charging: Fully automatic multistage battery charger with the ability to charge 3 separate battery banks.
• Separate Battery Banks: Isolated charging design where battery bank one is separate from battery bank two and three.
• Programmable: Battery bank 1 can be programmed with a different charge algorithm over banks 2 and 3.
• Current Control: User adjustable current output (e.g. Dial the 60amp unit back to run off a 1kVA generator).
• Smart Charging: The ePOWER 40A battery charger will regulate its output based on the loads connected to your battery banks.
• Wide AC Input Range: Operates on both 110V / 60Hz and 240V / 50Hz.
• LED Display: Easy to use "set and select" menu along with scrolling charger status.
• Silent Mode: Disables the cooling fan for total silent operation at night or whenever required. Activation reduces charge output by half and locks out fan for 12 hours.
• Temperature Sensor: Battery temperature sensor included with 3 meter cable.

  Enerdrive ePOWER 2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter with RCD & AC Transfer Switch

  The ePOWER 2000W Inverter incorporates a 16A AC Transfer Switch which allows for seamless AC power transfer between Mains/Generator and Inverter. This helps to keep your appliances running with almost no break time on AC transfer and allows for a much simpler installation on-board. This inverter is built to operate basic equipment such as power tools, computers, microwave ovens, televisions and other appliances that use up to 2000W of power for operation. Inverter features include:

  Simarine Pico+ Display

  SIMARINE PICO sets new standards for marine battery and tank monitors in design, functionality, connectivity and ease of use.

  PICO's display unit is made of a sleek anodized aluminum casing and a thick Gorilla Glass with Anti-Reflective coating protecting the optically bonded high-contrast 3.5 inch IPS LCD display. It's water and dust proof and can be mounted both indoors and outdoors. The screen brightness is automatically adjusted with a light sensor. The device is operated by four water tolerant CapSense touch buttons.

  The Pico system provides you with a simple overview of all important details regarding your battery (voltage, current, amp hours, battery capacity in%, battery temperature) and also tank level and temperature indications.

  Simarine offers a free App to connect your PICO display to your smartphone via Wi-Fi. The Apps allow you to monitor all battery and tank data, upload history, edit and restore settings and even upgrade the firmware with new features.
