As outlined by Enerdrive a DC rated fuse or DC rated circuit breaker must be connected along the DC positive line. The recommended Fuse Protection, Cable length and Size for the Enerdrive 600W inverters are as follows:

Cable Size: Minimum 16mm2

Cable Length: 1.5m or under

Fuse: 70A/16V minimum rating (Based on the size of the battery bank chosen)
