You can see the postage price by adding products to your cart and entering your postcode.
The minimum postage price is $9.10 and includes orders up to 1/2 a Kilogram posted anywhere in Australia.
For larger orders the postage price is calculated from the total shipping weight of the all the parts plus a flagfall cost. Prices vary based on the delivery postcode.
It is cheaper to order multiple items at the same time than to place separate orders.
The postage price is shown on the website before you place your order.
Most orders are sent with Australia Post. You can send to any Australian address or PO Box.
If Express Post is an option it will be offered at the checkout stage. Express Post is available on most small orders.
Bulky orders will be sent by Courier. They will deliver to most Australian addresses.
They will not deliver to PO Boxes or remote Islands and External Territories.
Click & Collect is available from our warehouse in Queanbeyan NSW.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Usually within the hour.
All orders sent from CaravansPlus are fully insured and trackable.

Our insurance includes:
1) Loss insurance. We guarantee you will receive your order or we will re-send it. (Items are lost after 10 days of no tracking events)
2) Damage Insurance. We will replace any items damaged in transit.
Selecting "Leave without signature" will void the loss insurance only.
Please unpack and inspect all received items straight away. To make a claim for Damage Insurance you must notify CaravansPlus within 30 days of receipt of goods. You can not claim damage insurance after products have been installed.
Insurance Claims have a $10 excess for Australia Post.
Insurance Claims have a $30 Excess for Couriers.
Tracking numbers are supplied to you when your order is sent.
Neither Australia Post nor Couriers will call to confirm you are home.
You are able to edit your postage address until your order is sent. Where an incorrect address is provided and a parcel is returned to CaravansPlus, the customer will be liable for any costs to resend.
We do not deliver to any other countries. We are unable to respond to international emails.
Your service is exemplary
This comment applies to all the orders I have received, they are well packed and always arrive in good condition. Having said that, the Suburban Hot Water System was slightly damaged. This product is reasonably heavy and has flimsy extremities ( the mounting plate). It would be better packed in a wooden crate. In relation to order 299325, this was delayed whilst waiting for a back order. In hindsight I should have ordered the late item as a separate order, which is what eventually happened. Originally the delay was only going to be a day or so, but this turned into many days and then weeks. I would suggest you supply only goods that are actually in stock, unless the non available item is directly under your control. This in not criticism of your service, simply a suggestion to ensure that the customers job moves along as quickly as it can.
