## Installation Instructions

### Pre-Installation Checks
- **Goods Receipt Inspection**: Upon receiving the awning, inspect for any damage or deformities caused during transport. In case of any issues, contact the dealer.

### Installation Process
1. **Qualification**: Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
2. **Location Selection**: Identify vehicle wall reinforced points for awning attachment.
3. **Bracket Selection**: Choose brackets based on the vehicle's roof profile.
4. **Marking and Drilling**:
- Mark the fastening points on the vehicle's exterior wall.
- Ensure the awning cassette is mounted horizontally.
- Before drilling, confirm no internal obstacles (e.g., cables, pipes).
5. **Bracket Installation**:
- Do not overtighten the bracket lock nuts.

- Secure the legs to the ground with hooks to prevent wind lift.
- Optionally, use storm cords or the Fiamma Tie-Down Kit for additional security.
3. **Wall Brackets**: Support legs can be attached to wall brackets installed at reinforced points on the vehicle.
4. **Weather Precautions**: The awning is designed as a sunshade; retract it during strong wind, heavy rain, or snow. If necessary, lower one side for water drainage and use the tension rafter (included with some models).

### Closing the Awning
- Ensure the awning rolls up correctly; the red indicators should not be visible when the awning is fully retracted. Check for any fabric damage as it may hinder proper retraction.

### Accessories Installation
- **Tension Rafter**: For models 400-450, the tension rafter is standard. For models 250-350, it's optional.
- **Rafter Pro**: Recommended for temporary use only.
