IMPORTANT:
Modifications to Installation Steps due to New Design of Mounting Plate and Detachable Pump Power:
- Complete Steps 1 and 2 as per the Installation Manual.
- Skip Step 3 of the Installation Manual (Pump Power no longer needs to be fed through the mounting plate cold air intake).
- Complete Steps 4 to 8 as per the Installation Manual.
- Complete Step 9 with additional actions:
- Identify and take note of the two holes on the mounting plate labelled "Pump" (O12mm) and "Power" (O14mm).
- Ensure that no obstacles interfere with the location of the pump and power provisions under the van.
- Drill holes at the labelled points using O12mm for the pump and O14mm for power, if necessary.
- Disconnect and feed pump power through the "Pump" hole, then reconnect it.
- If the power source is away from the main heating unit, detach the Anderson plug, feed the power through the mounting plate, and reconnect.
- Complete Steps 10 to 19 of the Installation Manual.
- Skip Step 20 of the Installation Manual.

Planning the Installation:
- Main Heating Unit:
- Avoid obstructions under the vehicle.
- Ensure proper placement for exhaust muffler and cold air intake filters.
- Position the warm air vent for optimal air circulation.
- Control Panel:
- Install away from the warm air duct. Use the 2.5 meters of wire provided.
- Fuel Tank:
- Install 2-3.5 meters from the main unit (up to 6 meters possible but will take longer to prime).
- Fuel Pump:
- Install between the main unit and fuel tank within the 2.5 meters reach.
- Power Source:
- Connect directly, using the 5 meters of power cable with Anderson plugs.
Required Tools:
- Installation accessory & tool kit (includes hole saws, silicone, exhaust wrap, cutter, electric joiners, electric tape, and various sockets).

- Main Unit Placement: Use a small drill bit for a pilot hole, ensuring no damage to pipes or cables before installing the mounting plate.
- Mounting Hole: Create a 102-105mm hole through the floor, seal with flame-resistant silicone, and position the metal flange.
- Feed Fuel Pump Power: Feed power from the wiring harness, leaving slack, through the mounting plate.
- Attach Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the main unit using the provided bolts.
- Fuel Line Joiner Installation: Secure fuel line with mini clamps.
- Cold Air Intake Pipe: Attach the pipe to the unit; secure with clamps.
- Exhaust Pipe and Sleeve: Mount the pipe using heavy-duty clamps and sleeve.
- Feed Components Through Hole: Position the mounted unit with the plate.
